Maras Moray 1 Day
This is one of the most beautiful circuits, as far as landscapes are concerned, with some of the best views of the Urubamba Mountain Range, with the snow-covered peaks of the Chicón, Pumahuanca and La Verónica, all of which rise above 5,000 m.a.s.l..
This experience begins in the locality of Cruz Pata, at 3,800 m. of altitude, from which we´ll ride a transitable trail that will lead us to the Archaeological Compound of Moray, where we´ll have lunch, to then visit the place and go on with our bike ride, on a horse riding path, towards the village of Maras. Afterwards, we´ll descend, passing by the Salineras which are ancient salt mines dating back to Incan times, and one of the most beautiful and picturesque places along the circuit. Finally, we´ll get to the famous Sacred Valley of the Incas, from which we´ll return to the city of Cusco.
